Uber Eats required a scalable platform to support its growing network of UK and ROI merchants with streamlined access to branded materials, operational assets, and support resources.

To meet this need, we designed and developed a bespoke online merchant store that acts as a centralised ordering, information, and fulfilment hub for their merchant partners.

The platform provides merchants with quick and easy access to everything needed to support their day-to-day operations and enhance the customer journey, including branded packaging, POS materials, promotional assets, signage, and operational guidance.

More than just an ordering portal, the store was built to simplify procurement, improve consistency across the merchant network, and ensure support materials remain easily accessible as the platform continues to grow.
