Design, production & fulfilment

Uber Eats, the online food ordering giant, recently challenged us with a brief to create an online, Uber Eats Merchant Store and we are proud to say, it is now live and in use. The store was developed by our talented in house tech team ‘outhere’, who will also manage the order processing and inventory going forward in tandem with our Logistics team. 

 

The idea was to create an ecommerce platform to act as a multifunctioning online ordering, information and fulfilment service for UK and ROI Uber Eats merchants, providing access to everything required to inspire the customer journey. Items available to purchase from the site range from napkins, flyers, and burger boxes to stickers, door signs and posters. Even T-shirts and chopsticks feature on there. Digital help guides supplied by Uber Eats are easily accessible on the site as well as links to external third party suppliers where the merchants can order other useful items. A comprehensive range of support for those Merchants.

 

The project showcases a real team effort, not only utilising our tech team’s skills to develop the online portal and store, but the skills of many of our other divisions as well. Our studio team designed the printed assets, print procurement and management was handled by our project team and to complete the support, our assembly and logistics teams pack and despatch all orders. 

 

All in all, a full service process making the most of all the support we offer our clients across a diverse range of disciplines. 

 

We are very proud to have seen this one through from the first idea to successful implementation and to see the orders flooding in via the site since launch, proving what a valuable tool it is for the merchants and for Uber Eats.
